We have just been ambushed by cake.

Does that mean we get a turn at pretending to be Prime Minister now???

We may or may not have just spent time searching on the net for gay sporks 🤣

Disappointingly, there is not much. Not even on Etsy 😝

Our eldest pointed out it might be redundant as a search term. Given that as a camp item, they are probably inherently queer 😜 (boom tish)

Very important poll.

Given the choice, what would you default to as cutlery.

Our kids swear by sporks, and swear at us if we call a spork a foon 😆

Einladend war's heute nicht. Trotzdem tut mir Bewegung gut, und so bin ich auf Tour gegangen.

Don't get me wrong, computers can absolutely help us regain our environmental efficiency. They just *aren't*.

Not as long as we're:
* constantly syncing everything to the cloud,
* expecting same-hour delivery,
* funding our clickbait via surveillance advertising,
* buying a new phone every year,
* using AIs because they're cool rather than useful,
* running bloated software & webpages,
* buying into "big data"
* etc

Computing is environmentally cheap, but it rapidly adds up!

Designated a natural monument of the city, the tree is the 7th largest in Japan and over 3,000 years old. It is 30 m high, has a circumference of 20 m, and its branches extend 30 m east-west and 33 m north-south. It is the sacred tree of Takeo Shrine, the oldest shrine in Takeo.

Nature does the best infinity pools

Couple of our favourite little lochs. The first, well in good weather you can sit with you legs in it and not tell where the water and the sky meet at the other 💚

The rocky one, well, it's just in a nice spot with some lovely tiny bays 😀

Ugh.

Our number of orbits around the sun are fine, they do not bother us.

Each change from a measurement that involves the transition from a fractional/decimal representation to a natural number, well that is more foreboding.

Not because of the flip to a larger quantity psychologically, these bones are old enough to not care, but because it triggers something in those around us.

Behaviours, expectations, social situations change for a day. Centre of attention is unavoidable, even if those giving attention are doing so in a loving and caring way.

The Queen has two birthdays, can we not just donate ours to someone who also would like to have more than one??? 🤷‍♀️

(Our birthday next week, and we do not like birthdays)

A few we found on the camera from the other day.

Hare was out and about when we paused by their home 💚

Not much snow on many tops, and everything that is there is *extremely* icy.

Weather is all over the shop at the moment, as we we discussing with the old guy that runs Braemar garage when we stopped for fuel. He like us, is struggling to make predictions beyond a few days 🤷‍♀️

Wandered around the Linn of Quioch area with our wife.

Her language was very colourful and varied when we crossed upstream without a bridge. 🤣 Socks and shoes off, rolled up trousers.
Was a bit nippy in the water this time of year 🥶

Apparently, this followed by a scramble up the rocks/slope afterwards to reach a track is not the *normal* way of doing things 😆

anyone know an instance specifically for #actuallyautistic people?
